Faye Tucker Collins, 91, of Calera, passed away Friday, January 14, 2022, at her residence. The family will receive friends Tuesday, January 18, 2022 from 1 p.m. until 2 p.m. at Kilgore-Green Funeral Home. Service will follow at 2 p.m. Burial will be at Kelley Cemetery. Vance Hutton will officiate. She was preceded in death by her husband, Grady Collins; parents, Shirley B “Pick” Tucker and Winnie Beasley Tucker; granddaughter, Christy Collins; son-in-law, Randy Townsend; brother, Shorty Tucker; sister-in-law, Shelby Tucker; and sisters, Bonnie Lindsey, and Geneva Long. She is survived by her son, Dennis Collins (Patsy); daughter, Janice Townsend; grandchildren, Cassondra Votroubek (Jeff), Stephanie Collins, Ashley Townsend (Krista), Amanda Smith (Mark); great grandchildren, Caroline and Will Votroubek, Emma and Lily Townsend, Townsend and Nolan Smith; sisters, Ila Farris (JC), Margaret Lamar; brother, Jerry Tucker (Carol); and a host of many nieces and nephews.
