Faye Brown Faye Brown, 86 of Arab passed away Wednesday July 10, 2024, at Marshall Medical Center North.

Mrs. Brown was born Tuesday June 21, 1938, in Marshall County Alabama, the daughter of Boyd Thomas Wilks and Clyde Annie Maze Wilks. She was a graduate of J. B. Pennington High School, Class of 1956. She was married to the late Glenn Brown who preceded her in death in 2005. Faye was a homemaker, spending her time dedicated to her family, grandchildren, great grandchildren and was also a devoted member of Union Hill First Congregational Methodist Church.

Faye is survived by her children: Virginia Ellenburg (Tommy), Cindy Clark (Michael) and Roy Brown (Michelle); six grandchildren: Matthew Cook (Kelly), Jennifer Duster (Mario), Jessie Humphries (Steven George), Heather Humphries, Claire Brown and Jonas Brown; five great grandchildren and a sister: Bonnie Sue Farley (Larry), several nieces, nephews, cousins, her church family and many dear friends and neighbors. She was preceded in death by her husband: Glenn Brown, her parents: Boyd T. and Clyde A. Wilks, two brothers: Anthony and Tommy Wilks.

Funeral Service will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, July 12, 2024, at Union Hill F. C. M. Church. Brother Chris Claborn and Brother Quenton Claborn officiating. The burial will be in the Union Hill F.C.M. Church Cemetery, Gober Funeral Chapel, directing.

Pallbearers will be Jonas Brown, David Funderburk, Mark Steven George, Jessie Humphries, Jason Pearce and Gerald Swindle.

Visitation will be 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Thursday July 11, 2024, at the Union Hill F. C. M. Church
