Funeral service for Fay Kelly, 83, will be Saturday, June 19, 2021 at 11:00 AM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Bobby Ray Halbrooks, a dear family friend, officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Hartselle Memory Gardens. Visitation will be Friday, June 18, 2021 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home.
Mrs. Kelly died on Wednesday, June 16, 2021 at her residence. She was born April 9, 1938, in Morgan County, to Marvin Patillo Foote and Velma Lee James Foote.
Fay was a homemaker for her family. She was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother, preceded in death by her husband: Rev. John Hill Kelly, her parents, her twin brother: Ray Foote and a sister: Willodean Foote Shaneyfelt.
The family would like to say a “Special Thank You” to our primary caregiver, Joyce Williams. We could not have gone through this without her!
