Fannie Louise Franks
(June 23, 1923 – November 5, 2013)
Fannie Louise Franks, 90, of Florence, AL passed away Tuesday, November 5, 2013. Her funeral service will be Thursday, November 7, 2013 at 2:00 pm at Morrison Funeral Home Chapel/Central Heights with Dennis Hanvey officiating. Burial will follow in Canaan Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday before the service from 12:30 – 2:00 pm at the funeral home.
She was a native of Savannah, TN and was preceded in death by son Lanny Joe Franks, daughter Carolyn Jane Franks, husband Andrew Franks, parents William and Margaret Perry. Also, 16 brothers and sisters.
Survivors include sons A.J. Franks (Judy), Travis Franks (Betsy), Grayford Earl Franks and Burlson Franks and brother Jessie Perry. There are 15 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and 3 great great-grandchildren.
Grandsons and great grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
The family would like to express a special thank you to the staff at Amedisys Home Heath and ECM 6th Floor.
