Watson-North Funeral Home is honored to be of service and ministry to the family of miss Fannie Jane McGee. Fannie Jane McGee was called to her final resting place on Wednesday September 5, 2018, at the Willows of Winchester. She was born November 02, 1929 to the late John and Maggie Taylor McGee of Winchester, TN. Miss Fannie was an active member of the Holy Covenant Original Church of God until her health declined. She loved the Lord and was faithful. She served as a mother assisting the Mother’s Board. She was an encouragement and always encouraged her pastors. She had a love for baking, housekeeping and showed hospitality to many in her home. She will always be remembered for her many acts of kindness and for be a very neat person. Mother Fannie is preceded in death by her brothers, Macarthur McGee, J. W. McGee and sister Rosie Mae McGee. She leaves to cherish her memories, Joe L. (Veronica) McGee of Lawrenceburg, TN, Grace Taylor of Elyria Ohio and a God-son, Gary Brown of Shelbyville, TN, devoted cousins, Christine Taylor and Lucille Simmons, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends. Visitation will be from 12-1:00 p.m., on Sunday September 9, 2018. The funeral will follow at 1 p.m. at Watson-North Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Winchester City Cemetery with friends and family serving as pallbearers and floral bearers.
