Evelyn M. Buffington, 88, died Wednesday, Dec. 5, 2012. Visitation will be noon-2 p.m. Saturday at Elkins East Chapel. Services will be 2 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home chapel, with burial in Civitan Cemetery, Rogersville.
