Eunice (Faye) Duncan Swick, 83, died Friday, March 10, 2023 at her home in Bear Creek. Faye was born on April 23, 1939 in Atwood, Alabama to Sid and Suzie (Scott) Duncan. She had 2 brothers and 2 sisters. She married Charles Swick and had two children, Debra and Charles.
Faye enjoyed watching Braves Baseball and checking on her chickens and cows .
Faye is survived by her children, Debby Boyd (James) and Doug Swick; grandchildren Crystal Johnson ( Donnie), Daniel Clement (April), Sydney Pearson ( Nick); and great-grandchildren Raven Johnson (Austin), Colton Johnson, Hattie Pearson, Samuel Pearson and many nieces and nephews.
Faye is proceeded in death by her husband Charles; grandson Nathaniel; and brothers, Jim Duncan and Robert Duncan; and sisters, Oline Crews and Lorine Hallman.
The family would like to give their sincerest thanks to Therese Putman for compassion and care.
Her visitation will be at Pinkard Funeral Home in Haleyville on Thursday March 16, 2023 from 1:00PM – 2:00PM. Funeral service at 2:00PM in the chapel, with Roger Risner officiating. Burial will be in Mountain Home Cemetery.
