Eugene “Racehorse” Page age 70, Double Springs, Al. passed away November 15, 2012 at his residence. Visitation will be Saturday, November 17, 2012 from 6:00 – 9:00 PM at the Pinkard Funeral Home, Haleyville. Funeral Service is Sunday, November 18, 2012 at 2:00 PM at New Home-Moreland Baptist Church in the Grayson community. The body will lie in state from 1:00 – 2:00 PM at the church. Burial in New Home Baptist Cemetery. He was a member and attended Henryfield FCM Church. He was preceded in death by parents,Rueben and Opal Page, brothers, James Hoyt and Richard Wayne Page. He is survived by wife, Ruby Page; Son, Danny Dewayne Page and Daughters, Teresa Page Riddle and Linda Clark Ward and families; brother, Raburn Page; six grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
