Eugene Lovett was born July 5, 1938. He passed away Wednesday, October 24, 2012 at Princeton-Baptist Medical Center, Birmingham. He was an amazing Father, Paw-Paw and friend to many and retired as a land Surveyor with Champion International Co.after 30 years. Visitation is Saturday, October 27, 2012 from 12 noon – 1:00 PM with Memorial Service following at 1:00 PM at Pinkard Funeral Home Chapel, Haleyville, Al. He is survived by his wife, Kathy Knight Lovett; Children, Terry Lovett, Shelia Jones, George Lovett, Jeff Lovett, John and Linda Knight; Brothers, Eargene Lovett and James Ray Lovett; Grandchildren, Bryan Lovett, Summer Lovett, A.J. Jones, Ashley Jones, Terran Lovett, Memphis Lovett, Telsa Johnson; Great Grandchildren, Brooke Lovett, Brittany Lovett, Reagan Thackston. He was preceded in death by: parents, Aaron and Margaret Lestie Lovett; daughter, Sandra Lovett; brother, A.G. Lovett; and sister, Christine Cagle.
