Eugene Lewandowski, 79, of Gurley, passed away Friday. He was preceded in death by his wife, Ida Juanita Lewandowski; father, Eugene Lewandowski; mother, Dorothy Kelly Rice; stepfather, Leo Rice; and children, Darlene Martin, Susan Spray, and Betty Spray.
Mr. Lewandowski is survived by his children, Eugene R. Lewandowski, Victoria Barcott (Kevin), Sherrill Hunter (Timothy), Thelma Templeton, Richard Nelson (Deborah), Kenneth Nelson, Tammy Holder (Bill), and Kevin Lewandowsky; and siblings, Helen Spradlin (Dale), Arlene Kramer, Ron Lewandowsky (Sue), Robert Lewandowsky, Clifford Lewandowski, Gerri Stewart (Jackie), and Virginia Fuller; and a number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be Sunday from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Berryhill Funeral Home. Chapel service will be Monday at 11:00 a.m. with Bro. Aaron Hinshaw officiating. Burial will follow at Moon Cemetery.
