Ethel Mae DeShazier Morris was born in Hardin County, Tennessee on Janaury 9, 1944, the daughter of the late Gilbert Leslie and Ruby Marie Jones DeShazier. She departed this life on May 30, 2019, at the age of 75 years, 4 months, and 21 days.
Ethel was a homemaker and enjoyed being around her home.
Ethel is survived by her daughter, Peggy Morris of Owosso, Michigan; brothers, Junior DeShazier and Gilbert DeShazier, both of Savannah, Tennessee; and sisters, Christine Melson and Ruby Inez Wilkerson, both of Savannah, Tennessee.
In addition to her parents, Ethel was preceded in death by her daughter, Patty Britt; brother, Wheeler DeShazier; and sister Edith Logan.
