Funeral service for Ethel Mae Brown, 97, will be Monday, August 26, 2013 at 11:00 AM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Roger Collins officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Johnson Chapel Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday, August 25, 2013 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
Mr. Brown died on Friday, August 23, 2013. She was born January 18, 1916, in Lawrence County to William Henry Smith and Lucy Etta (Smith) Smith. She was a member of Danville United Methodist Church and was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her husband, William H. Brown.
Survivors include: One Son: Rayburn D. Brown, Danville, AL One Daughter: Brenda Walker, Dutton , AL
Three Sisters: Lois Childers, Danville, AL, Madith Wright, Danville, AL, and Nellavine Glover, Danville, AL
