Estelle Dollarhide, 82, of Huntsville passed away Friday. She was born in London, England to Mary Gordon Cohen and Benjamin Cohen, who served as the Mayor of Hackney and was a member of the Royal Air Force in Dunkirk during WWII.
Estelle loved traveling the world. She and her sister traveled to San Francisco where they met their future husbands at a USO party. She would marry and move to Dallas where she worked for the IRS as a Customer Service Advisor. She retired to Santa Barbara, CA before moving to Huntsville to be closer to her family.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Sherri Lisa Dollarhide. Estelle is survived by her sons, Andrew Dollarhide and Larry Dollarhide (Tracie); nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
