Funeral service for Ervin Johnson, 87, will be Friday, February 3, 2023 at 1:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Greg Begemann and Bro. Harlan Begemann officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Johnson Chapel Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday, February 3, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home.
Mr. Johnson died on Monday, January 30, 2023 at his residence. He was born August 8, 1935, in Morgan County to Pearlie Ervin Johnson, Sr. and Mable Grace Holt Johnson.
He was employed by Hargett Construction, as a HVAC Contractor, prior to his retirement.
Preceding him in death were his parents: Pearlie E. and Mable Grace Johnson, brothers: Charles Ray Johnson and Thomas T. Johnson and his sisters: Thelma Depreast, Vera Drake, Vina Wallace, Letha Higdon, Gracie Lee Griffith, Ottie Lou Self and Margaret Johnson.
