Ernestine Outlaw – Obituary

Ernestine Outlaw, 80, passed away at her home on Tuesday, December 12, 2018 after a lengthy illness. She was born August 27, 1938 in Union County to Ernest and Lizzie Pannell McDonald. Ernestine was a graduate of Jericho High School. She worked as a secretary for Malone and Hyde and also for East Heights Baptist Church. A member of South Green Baptist Church, she enjoyed working with the youth until her health began to fail. Ernestine will always be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and sister.

Services will 2 PM Friday at the Lee Memorial Funeral Home with Bro. Guyton Hinds officiating. Burial will be in Lee Memorial Park. Visitation will be 5-7 PM Thursday.

She is survived by her husband B.L. Outlaw of Tupelo; 2 sons, W.K. Langley of Marietta, Ga and

Ronnie Langley of Tupelo; 4 sisters, Meadie McDonald Cossitt, Marie McDonald Blue, Martha McDonald Humphreys (Eddie), and Linda McDonald Pickens; 2 brothers, Miles McDonald (Sandra) and Bobby McDonald (Diane); 4 grandchildren, Craig Langley, Mitchell Langley, Matthew Langley, and Dylan Langley; and 3 great-grandchildren, Judson, Ryne, and Scarlet.

She was preceded in death by 2 brothers, Milton McDonald and Bill McDonald; and an infant brother, Bobby Joe McDonald.
