Ernest Pugh age 94 of Guin, AL passed away Tuesday, June 2, 2020 in the Northwest Medical Center in Winfield, AL.
Born August 25, 1925 in Guin, AL he is the Son of the late Alec and Alice White Pugh and the Husband of the late Erleen Cain Pugh. He had lived in Guin all of his life was a Veteran of World War II having served in the US Navy, a Mason, a member of the Civitan’s Club, and a member of the Guin First Baptist Church. He had worked at Alabama Oak Flooring, Guin Housing Authority and Sunset Manor Nursing Home.
He is survived by a Daughter, Teresa (Larry) Anton of Greenville, SC, A Son, David (Denise) Pugh of Atlanta, GA, 4 Grandchildren and 5 Great Grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by Parents, his Wife, Erleen Pugh, a Daughter, Margaret Gunnels, 5 Sisters and 3 Brothers.
Graveside Services held Friday, June 5, 2020 at 2:00 PM from the Webb Cemetery with Bro. Kenny Hatcher officiating.
