Erma Jolene Powell, age 91 of Boaz passed away Monday, May 13, 2024 at Albertville Health and Rehab.
There will be a graveside service at 2 p.m. Thursday, May 16, 2024 at Mt. Zion Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Wednesday evening from 5:00 until 7:00 at Albertville Memorial Chapel. Pallbearers will be Tallon Powell, Patrick Callahan, Jeremy Powell, Shawn Gladden and Kenneth Wayne Roden.
She is survived by her sons; Billy Powell and wife; Kay-La and Ted Powell, grandchildren; Shannon Powell, Rachel Gladden, Jeremy Powell, Tristin Callahan and Tallon Powell, great-grandchildren; Riley Gladden and Marleaux Callahan, half-brother; Johnny Roden and half-sisters; Judy Bryson and Dena Hope.
She is preceded in death by her husband; Sylvester Powell, brothers; Norman Roden, Bobbie Roden and Kenneth Roden, sister; Dottie Minyard, great-grandson; Joel Callahan and daughter-in-law; Janice Marie Powell.
