Mr. Eric Gordon Pitts, age 41, passed away on Sunday, May 14, 2023 in Memphis. He was born March 17, 1982 in Parsons. He was a service tech and field representative for Coca Cola for 21 yrs. Eric was an avid duck hunter and loved dirt track racing.
Mr. Pitts was preceded in death by his father, Mr. Robert Pitts. Survivors include his wife, with whom he had been together and in love for 8 months, Mrs. April Carter Pitts; his mother, Mrs. Donna Pitts; his son, Davis Carver Orso (Beth); his daughter, Karly Corrine Orso; his sister, Tonya Jaggars (Chad); his nephew, Jamison Garner; and his loving mother-in-law, Cathy Sexton, father-in-law, Mike Sexton.
Funeral services are scheduled for 2 PM, Tuesday, May 16, 2023 in the chapel of Pafford Funeral Home in Scotts Hill. Interment will follow in Pafford Scotts Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Monday, 5:30-9 PM and on Tuesday, 10 AM – 2 PM at Pafford Funeral Home in Scotts Hill.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made at any branch of First Bank for a scholarship fund.
