Eric DeWayne Duncan, age 55, of Estill Springs, Tennessee, departed this life on Tuesday, February 27, 2024, at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville. He was born on October 20, 1968, in Knox County Tennessee. He was the adopted son of the late Richard Duncan, Sr., and Frances Duncan (Walker). He graduated from Shelbyville Technical College, where he obtained an Associate Degree in Network Engineering. Eric was of the Christian faith, and attended the Church of Christ in Estill Springs when he was able. Before his health declined, Eric always had a bubbly personality, and loved to crack jokes. He is survived by his mother, Frances Walker Duncan; sister, Elishia Matthews; brother, Richard Duncan, Jr. Per his wishes he will be cremated, and no services will be held.
