Funeral service for Emmett “Clinnon” East, 83, will be Wednesday, January 19, 2022 at 10:00 AM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Jerry Hall officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Fields Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday, January 18, 2022 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home.
Mr. East died on Saturday, January 15, 2022 at Huntsville Hospital. He was born March 5, 1938, in Madison County to Joseph Henry Bailey East and Mattie May Moon East.
Mr. East was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Elna East, a son, Jimmy East, grandson, Aaron Thompson and a granddaughter, Emerald Yoder. Mr. East owned East Mobile Home Moving & Set Up service. He loved to play music and loved his dogs and was an avid Alabama Football fan.
