Emmanuel Peter "Mike"  CourtelisEmmanuel Peter “Mike” Courtelis of Franklin, Tennessee passed away September 18, 2019 at the age of 80. The son of Panagiotis and Mersina Courtelis, he was a graduate of Boston University. He was a director at Blue Cross / Blue Shield, and served for three years as Supply Pastor at Clay Hill United Methodist Church in Lewisburg, Tennessee. Preceded in death by his wife, Kathy Courtelis and their beloved pet Cosette. Survived by: son, Niko Courtelis of Portland, Oregon; daughter, Christine (Graeme) Blackmore of Berkeley, California; step daughter, Elizabeth (Ren) Oliver of Belfast, Maine; step son Andrew David Oliver, sister Irene (Mike) Theodorakis of Eustis, Florida, brother, Sam (Patti) Courtelis of Allentown, Pennsylvania; grandchild, Isabel Courtelis; step grandchild, Ren Floyd. Memorials can be made to the Williamson County Animal Center. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 12:30pm on Sunday October 6th, 2019.
