Emma (Sue) Maness, 81, of Sheffield, died Sunday, Nov. 25, 2012. Her visitation will be Tuesday, Nov. 27 from 5:30 p.m. until 7 p.m. at Morrison Funeral Home, Tuscumbia. The funeral will follow in the funeral home chapel with Rick Oberheide officiating. The interment will be on Wednesday at Oakwood Cemetery, Sheffield.
Mrs. Maness was preceded in death by her husband, Sparky Maness.
She is survived by her daughters, Sherry Maness Springer (David) and Gayle Maness; sons, Eugene Maness Jr. (Diane), Charles Maness (Carolyn) and Kenneth Maness; brother, Gilbert Hill; sisters, Patricia Howard and Opal Robbie Gray; nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Matthew Taylor, Bradley Maness, Craig Maness, Jon Maness, Mannon Rogers and Henry Hiller.
