Emma Sue Gaines Farris, 64, of Guin, Alabama, went home to be with the Lord July 25, 2024 at North Alabama Medical Center.
Mrs. Farris was proceeded in death by her husband, Dennis Farris, her father and mother Radford and Earnestine Farris, her brother Lanny Gaines, and her grandson Zachery Thomas. She is survived by her daughter Amanda Farris, son Jason (Amy) Farris, sister Cathy Tyree, and brother Jimmy Gaines, her grandchildren Gracie, Brian, Lucas, Geri, Alyssa, Nick, Jaslon, Nathan, Wade, and Taylor, and her great-grandchildren Everly, Clairie, Tobias, Sadie, and Nova. As well as a host of nieces and nephews, other relatives and dear friends.
A visitation will be held on August 4, 2024 from 1pm-2pm at the Cross Road Church of Christ, followed by a Memorial Service to honor Mrs. Farris. Burial will follow at Cross Roads Cemetery. Chad Fell will be officiating.
