Emma Marie (Gruber) Myrick – Obituary

Emma Marie (Gruber) Myrick, 87, passed away Friday evening Sept. 25, 2015. A funeral mass will be held at St. Michael’s Catholic Church on Monday morning at 11 a.m. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
She is survived by her sons, Gerald A. Gruber and Robert E. Myrick; one granddaughter, Julie Lanier (David); three great-grand children, whom she adored, Magdelene Gruber, Alex Lanier and Daniel Lanier. She is also survived by a number of brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews.
Marie was a life long resident of St. Florian and a life long member of St. Michael’s Catholic Church. She retired from Humana Hospital after working there for 30 plus years in the housekeeping department.
In-lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the St. Florian Senior Center, The Buffler House or the St. Florian Loaves and Fishes.
