Emilee Nesbitt, 38, Sheffield, passed away on Friday, February 16, 2024. Visitation will be Tuesday, February 20, from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Morrison Funeral Home, Tuscumbia. The funeral service will be Wednesday, February 21, in the funeral home chapel, beginning at 1:00 p.m. with Abbot Cletus Meagher officiating. Interment will be in Colbert Memorial Gardens.
Emilee was preceded in death by her mother, Susan Nesbitt; sister, Stephanie Nesbitt; brother, Joe Huddleston; and grandparents, Art and Sally Nesbitt, and Jimmy Ray Smith.
Emilee is survived by her daughter, Lakaylee Qualls; father, Dinky Nesbitt (Jane); sister, Baylee Mixon (Brian); grandmother, Bobbie Smith “Goo Goo”; and nephews, Caleb and Caden Carmack.
Pallbearers will be Dinky Nesbitt, Brian Mixon, Caleb Carmack, Caden Carmack, Chad Smith, and Arkie Smith.
