Ember Lynn Duncan-Crook, age 5 months, of Cullman, Alabama passed away on Friday, December 3, 2021. Ember was born June 21, 2021.
Ember is survived by her mother, Emily Sue Duncan and her father, Austin Daniel Crook; her grandparents Patrick Herman and Dianna Lynn Duncan, Kevin Daniel and Connie Dean Crook, her great grandparents, Janice and Roger Crook, Carolyn Duncan, John and Sue Johnson, Thomas and Linda Dean, her aunts and uncle, Nathan and Katie Freeman, Hannah Duncan, Sarah Beasley, Karli Duncan, Marie Duncan and Lauren Chacon.
A celebration of life visitation for Ember will be held Thursday, December 9, 2021 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Daystar Church, 200 Daystar Drive, Cullman, AL 35057. A celebration of life graveside service will be held on Friday, December 10, 2021 at 11:00 AM at Corinth Church of Christ Cemetery, Bremen, Alabama.
