Elton Garner, 74, died Sunday, Dec. 11, 2016. Public viewing will be 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. today at Jackson Memory Funeral Home. Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. today at the funeral home. The funeral will be noon Friday at Red Bank Missionary Baptist Church. Burial, with military honors, will be in Warren Cemetery. The body will be placed in the church one hour before the service.
