Elsie Marie Tycho Hershey, age 82, of Decatur,
died Thursday, March 21, 2013, at Morningside Assisted Living.
She was born December 7, 1930, in Seattle, WA
to Swan Tycho and Althea Julia Parshall Tycho.
She is survived by her son, Carroll R. Hershey, Jr. of Madison.
A memorial service may be scheduled at a later date. Shelton Funeral Home is assisting.
