The funeral arrangements for Mrs. Elsie Agarie Harley will be 11:00 a.m., Sunday, February 11, 2024, at the Oakwood University Seventh-day Adventist Church (5500 Adventist Blvd NW, Huntsville, Alabama 35896). Interment will be in the Oakwood Memorial Gardens. Mrs. Harley will lie in repose one hour prior to funeral time.
Public viewing will be held from 3:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m., Saturday, February 10, 2024, at the Royal Funeral Home and 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m., Sunday, February 11, 2024, at the Oakwood University Seventh-day Adventist Church.
