Eloise Heath Worley, 81, died Saturday, Oct. 26, 2013.
Visitation is noon to 2 p.m. Monday at Colbert Memorial Chapel. The funeral service is at 2 p.m. Monday in the funeral home chapel with Brother Barrett Long and Dr. Tom Whatley officiating.
Burial will follow in Colbert Memorial Gardens.
Mrs. Worley retired from Shoals Hospital after 26 years.
