The Rev. Elmer N. Rollins, 87, of Decatur, died Sunday, June 23, 2013, at his residence. Funeral will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at Peck Funeral Home with burial in New Friendship Cemetery near Somerville. Visitation will be Tuesday from 6 until 8 p.m. at Peck.
