Ellon Loutressie White, 75, of Fort Payne, passed away Friday, November 5, 2021. She was born May 8, 1946 to the late Lawrence O. and Myrtle Meadows Hawthorne.
Funeral services will be 3 p.m. Monday at Wilson Funeral Home with burial following in Adamsburg Cemetery. The family will receive friends Monday from 12 noon until the 3 p.m. hour of service.
She is survived by her children Wayne Wood, Kevin Wood, Perry White, Jeffrey White, Joseph White, and Dreama White; 24 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband Joe White, daughter Arlene Smith, sisters Wilma Jean Blevins and Joyce Faye Hawthorne; and grandson Justin Lassetter.
