Ellen Holly Adcock obituary, Hartselle, AL Peck Funeral Home is honored to be of service and ministry to the family of Ellen Holly Adcock, age 63 of Hartselle, Al. Mrs. Adcock passed away peacefully Wednesday evening, November 9th, surrounded by her devoted husband, loving daughter, and supportive sister.
A native of Wisconsin and resident of Hartselle Alabama since 2005, she and her husband reside on several acres neighboring family.
Mrs. Adcock spent her career working as an Office Manager and retired from the North Alabama Cat and Bird Vet Clinic.
Mrs. Adcock had a generous heart of gold, a giving soul, a love for her family, animals, and all things homemade. She had a passion for crochet and made the most beautiful blankets for friends and family. She was known for having the green thumb in the family with her gorgeous flowers and gardens. She knew how to make a house a home.
She welcomed twin grandsons in June and the joy they brought to her was unmatched. She carried with her a determination, grace, and positivity to endure trial treatments, infusions, radiation, and any medication her care team thought was possible as she fought her 3 year battle with cancer. Driven by immense faith and will to live, she fought for her life for the sake of her family.
Proceeded in death by her parents William and Doris Puhek. She leaves to mourn her loving husband of 16 years, Ronnie Adcock. Children Chad Kuehn, Courtney (Mike) Cibulsky, Brandi (Shawn) Duncan, Danielle (Brian) Vines, and Jeremy (Ginger) Adcock.
Mrs. Adcock also leaves behind a sister, MaryJo Nash, niece Ashley Gibson, nephew Nathan(Taylor) Howdon, 20 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, and a great nephew.
The family is grateful for the care team of UAB Hospital and Hospice of the Valley.
