Ellen Beauton Nichols 81, of Ripley passed away Friday, December 9, 2022 in the Crockett County Nursing Home in Alamo. Visitation will begin at 11 AM Wednesday at Garner Funeral Home in Ripley with funeral services to follow at 1 PM. Interment will be in Ripley Memorial Gardens.
Mrs. Nichols was a homemaker.
The widow of William B. Nichols, she is survived by a daughter Mary Ellen Ractliffe (Scott) of Franklin; a son Jeff Hill of Cocoa, FL; 4 sisters Jane Connell (Don) of Ripley, Rosemary Jackson (Johnny) of Arlington, Sylvia Hale of Kansas City, MO, and Carolyn DeLeo (Sam) of Tampa, FL and 4 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents Buford and Carrie Dell Harrison and a brother Sonny Harrison.
