Ella Ruth Vaughn, age 84, of Murfreesboro, TN passed away Sunday, December 06, 2020 at NHC of Murfreesboro. She was a native of Lawrence County, TN, a homemaker, and of the Baptist Faith.
She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Madge Shelton Ferrell; one daughter, Wanda Smith; two grandchildren; five brothers; and six sisters.
She is survived by two daughters, Sharon Few (Charles) of Murfreesboro, TN and Janice Wagner (Scott) of Hartselle, AL; one son, Keith Vaughn (Jennifer) of Lawrenceburg, TN; four sisters, Ona May Porter of Decatur, AL, Ida Bell Hughes of Hartselle, AL, Frances McMahon of Ardmore, OK, and Joann Baker of La Palace, CA; 8 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and 7 great-great-grandchildren.
Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM Wednesday, December 09, 2020 at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 1:00 PM Wednesday, December 09, 2020. Interment will follow at Ethridge Masonic Cemetery in Ethridge, TN.
