It is with regret that we announce the death of Mrs. Elizabeth Sheeley, age 98 of Fayetteville. Burial will be Wednesday at 1:00 pm in Middle Tennessee Veterans Cemetery in Nashville beside her late husband Walter Leslie Sheeley. Mrs. Sheeley passed away Monday morning at Donalson Care Center.
Mrs. Sheeley was a native of Yonkers, NY, the daughter of the late Andrew Pollack and Julia Kucsmas Pollack. She was a homemaker and of the Catholic faith.
Survivors include her son Jon Messier and wife Elaine of Albuquerque, NM, daughter Lynne Sheeley Cannon of Tullahoma, grandchildren Michael Cannon, Brian Cannon, Jon Messier Larissa Messier, Jennifer Beradino, Jessica Messier, great grandchildren Julia, Lily, Lyla, and Jon.
Visitation with the family will be Wednesday morning from 9:30 until 10:00 am at Higgins Funeral Home.
