Graveside service for Elizabeth Ellen “Beth” (Spain) Cannon, age 51, of McCalla, AL, will be Saturday, September 28, 2013, 1:30 p.m., Roselawn Cemetery, with Rev. Dallas Culver officiating and Shelton Funeral Home directing. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
Ms. Cannon, who died Monday, September 23, 2013, at DCH Regional Medical Center, Tuscaloosa, was born February 20, 1962, in Georgia, to Loyd B. Spain and Joyce Walker Spain. She was preceded in death by her father.
She is survived by her mother, Joyce Spain of Waynesboro, TN; one sister, Rhonda J. Calver (Ashley), of Nesbit, MS; boyfriend, Paul Craft of Tuscaloosa; two nephews, Alex Calvert and Daniel Calvert, both of Nesbit, MS; one niece, Melissa Calvert of Washington; aunts and uncles, Ann & James Dooley of Trinity, Linda & Jack Clemons of Decatur, and Faye Compton of Decatur; and many cousins.
Pallbearers will be Barry Boucher, Kaleb Owens, Terry Boucher, Danny McDonald, Alex Calvert, and Frankie Sapp.
