A Graveside Funeral service and Interment for Elizabeth Blankenship, 83, will be Tuesday, August 13, 2024 at 3:00 PM at New Center Cemetery with Bro. Ben Bates officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. No Visitation is scheduled.
Mrs. Blankenship passed away on Sunday, August 11, 2024 at Hospice Family Care. She was born May 29, 1941, in Morgan County, to William Erskin Hopper and Vergie Dorthy Davis Hopper.
She was employed by Prestolite, as a Machine Operator, for over 35 years, prior to her retirement. She was a member of New Center Baptist Church and loved her family dearly especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Preceding her in death were her husband, Edgar Van Blankenship, a son, Mike Blankenship and her parents.
