Elizabeth Ann “Libby” Adamson, age 76 of Bear Creek, passed away Monday, July 15, 2024 at her residence.
She was born March 8, 1948 to Thurston and Beatrice Hall. Libby was a devout Christian, solid in her faith, and never met a stranger.
Visitation will be Friday, July 19, 2024 from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon at Nichols Funeral Home in Haleyville, where services will be held at 12:00 noon. Burial will be at Mountain Home Cemetery in Bear Creek, Alabama. Pallbearers will be Matthew Adamson, Joshua Adamson, Lucas Middleton, Anthony Arredondo, PJ Oliver, and Matthew Arnall.
Libby is survived by her sons, Joey and his wife Tina Adamson, Keith and his wife Emily Adamson; grandchildren, Matthew and his wife Sydney Adamson, Joshua and his wife Shelley Adamson, Ashley Adamson, Katlyn and her husband Anthony Arredondo, Lindsey Adamson, Logan Adamson, Gabriella Schulte, Zoey Oliver, PJ Oliver, Charlee Sparks, and Matthew Arnall; and one great grandson on the way; sisters, Sandra Hood and Pamela and her husband Tom Miller; and a host of nieces and nephews; and one special “little black kitty with no ears.”
She was preceded in death by her parents, Thurston J. Hall and Beatrice Elizabeth Hall; sisters, Jacklyn Hall and Willomena Hall; brother, Denny Hall.
