Elah Pounders Hellums, 91, passed away Monday, December 2, 2013, at The Meadows. She was born November 30, 1922 to the late Barney B. and Eula Mae Mauldin Pounders. She enjoyed sewing, cooking, working in her yard and spending time with her family and friends.
She is survived by her son, Olen (Pat) Lovette of Golden, 2 Granddaughters, Cindy (Larry) Grissom of Blue Springs, and Lenora Eaton of Golden, 2 Great Grandsons, James Lee (Jennifer) Hopkins of Saltillo, and Coby Eaton of Dennis, 3 Great Granddaughters, Jordan Hester of Golden, Haley Hopkins of Bonneville, and Heather (Tim) O’Riley of FL, 1 Great Great Gransdson, Warren Grady Hester of Golden, Several Nieces and Nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Barney B. and Eula Mae Pounders, 2 Brothers, and 2 Sisters.
