Effie Mae Campbell, age 76 of Brilliant, Alabama passed away May 26, 2024. She was a member of Brock Church of Christ. Effie Mae and Mac were married on October 26, 1963. They celebrated 60 years together last year with family and friends.
Visitation will be Thursday, May 30, 2024 from 12:00 Noon to 2:00 p.m. at Pinkard Funeral Home, Haleyville, Alabama. Funeral service will begin at 2:00 p.m. with Stephen Rogers officiating. Burial to follow in Brock Church of Christ Cemetery, Brilliant, Alabama.
She is survived by her children, Michael Campbell (Sherry), Runa York (Larry) and Rhonda Harrison; brothers and sisters, Vernon Lee Self (Brenda), Randy Self, Sandy Boldt (Martin) and Dian Vickery; sister in law, Lila Self; brother in laws, Joel Cofield and Roy Corbin; grandchildren, Justin Harrison, Colby Harrison (Samantha), Jason Harrison (Candice, Gina Harling (Weston) and Sabrina Frederick; great grandchildren, Chancyn, Bridger and Preston Harrison, Lincoln, Lenni and Lowen Harrison, Payton Bray, Oakley and Maverick Harling, Lance Frederick (Destiny), Jacob Frederick, Brayden Garrard, Kaleb Frederick and Jayce York; great great grandchild, Abel Frederick; a host of family and friends;
She was preceded in death by her parents, James Garland Self and Effie Lealer Self; brothers, Richard Self, William Self and Johnny Self; sisters, Yvonne Self, Eunice Cofield, Ruby Corbin and Leda Parrish; granddaughter, Kristy Garrard; her husband, Mac Arthur Campbell who passed away May 6, 2024.
