Edward Baker Layne III, 74, died December 2, 2024. Services will be Saturday at 12 p.m. at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel, Red Bay. Visitation will be from 10-12 at the funeral home. Burial will be in Pleasant Site Cemetery. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army.
