Edward Allen Hummel, 77 of Huntsville, passed away on July 22, 2022.
He is survived by his wife, Diane Hummel; his daughters, Kari Conn (Sam), Nichole Washburn; his grandchildren, Theodore, Flynn; his brother, James Garrison; and his sister, Marilyn Schelda.
Mr. Hummel was preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Marie Hummel and his first wife, Retha Goins Hummel.
He was a graduate of Southern Illinois University and UAH. Mr. Hummel served four years in the United States Air Force. He spent three years teaching middle school English in the Dominican Republic.
Services for Mr. Hummel will be announced at a later date.
