Edsel "Ed" Brown Lance Edsel “Ed” Brown Lance of Pulaski passed away on Thursday, August 13, 2020, surrounded by his family at NHC Healthcare in Pulaski. He was born in McMinnville, TN on June 20, 1933 and was 87 years old.

Ed made a statement of faith and received Jesus Christ as his personal savior many years ago. He played center for his high school basketball team in McMinnville. He served in the military through the National Guard for eight years. Ed served as a fireman in McMinnville, TN. where his duty was to drive the fire truck. He was a welder by trade and traveled across Tennessee using his skills to assist in the development of new business in local communities. He was a devoted husband father and friend. He loved old western movies, Andy Griffith, and gospel music brought him joy and happiness.

Visitation will be held Saturday, August 15th from 12:00pm until 2:00pm at Bennett-May & Pierce Funeral Home and Crematory.
A graveside service will follow at 2:30pm in Giles Memory Gardens with full military honors.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Eugene Grady and Bertha Mae Lorance Lance, sons, Haskell Lance and Joey Lance, daughter, Marlene Neuber, sister, Treva Mae Lance, and brothers, Roy Lance and Stanley Lance.

He is survived by his,
Wife of 47 years, Linda Gail Lenderman Lance of Pulaski
Daughter, Judy (Scott) Little of Brighton, TN
Daughter, Suzette (Robert) Chumley of Atoka, TN
Daughter, Shelia Chandler of Pulaski
Son, Marvin “Bubba” Cook of Pulaski
Son, Randall Scott (Jennifer) Cook of Henning, TN
Daughter, Brenda Lance of McMinnville.
Brothers, Austin Lance and Howard Lance of McMinnville.
22 Grandchildren
19 Great grandchildren
Several nieces, nephews, and cousins also survive.

Bennett-May & Pierce Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of arrangements for Edsel “Ed” Brown Lance.
