Edith Maxine Tittle, 87, of Sheffield, died July 24, 2015. Visitation will be Monday, July 27, 2015 from 1 – 2p.m. at Morrison Funeral Home, Tuscumbia. The funeral service will be at 2p.m. in the chapel with Bro. Rodney Shewbart officiating. Interment will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Sheffield.
Mrs. Tittle was a native of Mississippi but spent most of her life in Sheffield, AL and was a member of Southside Baptist Church. She was also an avid bowler and enjoyed rides, as-well-as dinner dates with her husband, Robert, and her time with her family more than anything else. She was preceded in death by her son, Ronald L. Tittle; parents, Looney and Audie Claunch; and sister, Montez Bailey.
She is survived by her husband of 68 years, Robert Tittle of Sheffield; son, Danny Tittle (Valerie) of Florence; daughter, Lisa McCallister(Bobby) of Tuscumbia; brother, Quinton Claunch of Memphis, TN; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be family and friends.
