Edith Earlene Eustice Levels, 93 of Empire, passed away on November 20, 2024.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years and 9 months, Thurman “Pee Wee” Levels; son, Dickie Wade Levels and her parents, George and Mae Eustice.
Survivors include her daughter, Cynthia Kaul Walker and husband Kenneth; grandchildren, Pamela (Jeff) Porth and Karin (Ryan) Krolak; great grandchildren, Michael, Jacob and Joseph; great-great granddaughter, Raelynn; sisters-in-law, Frances Levels and Ann Rhodes; caregiver, Regina Falk; several other relatives and many friends.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm on Friday, November 22, 2024, in the chapel of New Horizon Funeral Home. Rev. Joel Carden will officiate. The family will receive friends from 1-2 pm. Burial will follow in New Horizon Memorial Gardens.
