Mr. Eddie Williams, a great soul and devoted Christian gentleman, died Sunday, December 17, 2023 at Sanctuary Hospice House in Tupelo. He was born July 21, 1953 in Columbus, MS where he grew up. During his early years, he attended MSU and completed his bachelor’s degree. Soon after, he started his family in Hattiesburg, MS with his wife, Robbie Williams. He was very active in the recovery community in Tupelo for quite a while and was always there to help someone in need.
A celebration of life service will be at 11 AM on Wednesday, December 20, 2023 in the Sadie M. Holland Memorial Chapel at Holland Funeral Directors in Tupelo. Visitation will be from 10 AM to service time. For those unable to attend, the service will be livestreamed at hollandfuneraldirectors.com/live-streaming. Holland Funeral Directors is honored to serve the family.
Survivors include his daughter, Allie Gray and her spouse, Brent Gray; and grandchildren, Ava and Brayden Gray, and Caleb McMurry. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, and his son Win Williams.
