Eddie Wayne Harper, 71, of Crossville, passed away Saturday, February 17, 2024. He was born April 12, 1952 in Blount County to the late Edward “Chick” Harper and Gertrude Marie Hollums Harper. He was raised by his grandparents Gurley and Ruby Harper.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at Wilson Funeral Home with Bro. Glen Harris officiating. Burial will follow in Plunkett Cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 12 noon until the 2 p.m. hour of service.
He is survived his wife of 24 years Martha L. Harper; children James and wife Kim and Junior and wife Nicole; grandchildren A.J., Trevor, Lisa, Dylan, and Amelia ; and a host of niece, nephews, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents and grandparents Gurley and Ruby Harper and Mr. and Mrs. William Hollums.
Wilson Funeral Home and Crematory of Fort Payne is in charge of arrangements.
