Mrs. Eathel Lorraine Hawkins, age 82 of Athens, AL passed away on Friday, January 10, 2020 at her home. Mrs. Hawkins was born on November 7, 1937 in Tuscumbia, AL to Hubert Guy Hester and Grace Marlar Hester.
Mrs. Hawkins is survived by her 4 sons, Marty Blythe, Kenny Blythe, Caden Hawkins and Pete Hawkins all of Athens, AL; daughter, Barbara Euting of Madison, AL; 4 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild; sisters, Allene Adams of Athens, AL and Sue Sanderson of Cherokee, AL; brother, Larry Wayne Hester of Muscle Shoals, AL.
Mrs. Hawkins was a member of Berea Baptist Church.
Services for Mrs. Hawkins will be at 3:00 PM on Monday, January 13, 2020 at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home with Pat Lawrence officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00-2:45 PM prior to the service. Burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery.
