Earnest Edward Cosby, Jr. Memorial Service for Earnest Edward Cosby, Jr. will be held on Wednesday, December 22, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. at the Sweet Home Missionary Baptist Church in Athens, Alabama with Rev. C. Jermaine Turner, pastor of Pine Grove Church, Harvest, Alabama officiating.

A TIME FOR EVERYTHING

To everything there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven: Ecclesiastes 3:1

A Time to be Born………

Earnest, Jr. was born on May 5, 1959 to Earnest E. Cosby, Sr. and Caulyne Troupe Cosby.

A Time to Love………

On January 10, 1983, his daughter Tiffany Dawn Turner was born, and on April 2, 2016, his granddaughter Tori Marcelle Turner-Harris was born.

A Time to Plant………

He was a member of the Sweet Home Missionary Baptist Church. He worked for Interstate Steel in Decatur, AL, and HD Lee and Pilgrims Pride in Russellville, AL.

A Time to Die………

He peacefully departed this life at his home on December 18, 2021.

A Time to Mourn………

He leaves to cherish his memory a loving daughter, Tiffany D. Turner, a granddaughter, Tori M. Turner-Harris, his parents, Earnest Cosby, Sr. and Caulyne T. Cosby, 3 brothers, Mavon C. Cosby, Doyle A. Cosby, Sr, and Peter T. Cosby, 3 sisters, Valerie F. Harris, Sara R. Cosby, and Nanita C. (Terence) Brown, and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
